Hire the Hall

The hall is available for hire to anyone wishing to hold an event. You can hire the main room only, the meeting room only, or hire the entire premises so you have exclusive use.

Hire Charges

2025 hire charges (regular users)
Main Hall only £12.00 per hour
Meeting Room only £6.50 per hour
Entire Premises £16.00 per hour

2025 hire charges (ad-hoc users)
Main Hall only £14.00 per hour
Meeting Room only £8.00 per hour
Entire Premises £19.00 per hour

How to Book Online

You will need to view the Hall Hire Documents below. Please read them all carefully as making a booking will require you to tick that you have read and understood them.

Click on the Online Booking Form link below and complete the form. Once you have submitted the form, our Booking Secretary will be in touch to discuss your booking and pencil it in our diary. Our Treasurer will then email you an invoice for the deposit(s). On payment of the deposit, your booking is confirmed.

How to Book via Email

You will need to view the Hall Hire Documents below. Please read them all carefully as making a booking will require you to tick that you have read and understood them. Print the Booking Form, complete it, scan it, and then email to the address stated on the form. Alternatively, complete the form using a PDF editor if you have this.

Once you have emailed the form, our Booking Secretary will be in touch to discuss your booking and pencil it in our diary. Our Treasurer will then email you an invoice for the deposit(s). On payment of the deposit, your booking is confirmed.
