The hall is available for hire to anyone wishing to hold an event. You can hire the main room only, the meeting room only, or hire the entire premises so you have exclusive use.

Main Hall only : £12.00 per hour
Meeting Room only : £6.50 per hour
Entire Premises : £16.00 per hour
Main Hall only £14.00 per hour
Meeting Room only £8.00 per hour
Entire Premises £19.00 per hour
A regular user is someone who hires the hall at least 10 times per year.

You will need to view the Hall Hire Documents below. Please read them all carefully as making a booking will require you to tick that you have read and understood them.
Click on the link below and complete the Online Booking Form. Once you have submitted the form, our Booking Secretary will be in touch to discuss your booking and pencil it in our diary.
At this stage the booking is not confirmed and you are still able to change your mind.
Our Treasurer will then email you an invoice for the deposit(s). On payment of the deposit, your booking is confirmed. Details on cancellations and deposit refunds can be found in the Standard Conditions of Hire document.

Print out the Booking Form, fill it out by hand (or use a PDF editor), then scan or photograph it and email to the address stated on the form.
