Newly decorated in 2025, The Annexe is a bright room with a door out into the garden at the rear of the hall. The small garden is gently sloping and accessed via 4 stone steps (with handrail).

This is an old building, built in the Victorian period on a steeply sloping site. Access from the road is via a tarmac ramp of approx 50 metres.

There are two stone steps into the main entrance of the building, but a portable ramp is available for use. Once inside the entrance, the main hall, kitchen, ladies toilets, and gents toilets are on one level.

There is a disabled access toilet but this is up 3 steps from the entrance lobby. However there is step-free access to this toilet around the outside of the building and back in through the annexe room.

The annexe room is next to the disabled toilet, and shares the same 3 steps up from the lobby. There is step-free access into the annexe from outside the building. Once inside the annexe, the disabled access toilet is on the one level.

As it's a sloping site, unfortunately the only access into to the garden is up four stone steps.
