Come and help us celebrate 100 years of St Lawrence Village Hall!

Our village hall has a long and rather interesting history. The building was originally constructed in 1898 as the village school. The school closed in 1908, and eighteen years later, in 1926, the building found a new role as St Lawrence Village Hall.

Now, 100 years on, we're celebrating its century at the heart of village life with a 1920s-themed evening!

Enjoy music from the era, a drink at the bar and the company of friends and neighbours as we mark this special milestone. Fancy dress is optional, but if you'd like to step back into the Roaring Twenties, there'll be a prize for the best 1920s outfit!

And, appropriately for the year the hall became the village hall, your first drink will be available at 1926 prices!

Bar opens at 7pm • Free entry • 1920s fancy dress optional
